3. promote communications with the public and the towns regarding animal control and

RAINBOW RESCUE Rainbow rescue is a non-profit organization staffed and run exclusively by volunteers in Minnesota. Their foster care providers accept strays into their homes and provide a caring environment until a permanent loving home for the animal can be found. Each animal rescued is offered complete veterinary care including spay/neuter for all cats and dogs, complete vaccinations, and heartworm/leukemia testing.
